Three steps to verify and log in

DM @kollekt.io on Instagram

From your official artist account, open @kollekt.io and send exactly one word: “Verify”. No extra punctuation, no additional message. Kollekt confirms the DM came from the matching Instagram profile and replies with the next steps.

Open the login link

Kollekt replies with your login link in the same Instagram DM. We also send the link to your email inbox as a backup.

Sign in to the app

The link opens the Kollekt app (or prompts you to install it first). You’re signed in automatically as the page owner. An admin menu appears in the bottom navigation.

If verification doesn’t come through

A few things to check:
  • Use your official Instagram account. If it still doesn’t go through, contact us.
  • Send exactly the word “Verify”. No extra punctuation, no additional message.
  • Don’t have access to your artist Instagram? Email support@kollekt.io and we’ll help you figure out a path.
If verification is still stuck, email support@kollekt.io with your artist name and Instagram handle.
