Subscribing is optional. Most of the artist’s Kollekt space is free — joining the community, reading the Direct Line, chatting with other fans. Subscribing unlocks extras from artists who have turned it on.

What subscribing unlocks

  • Subscriber-only Direct Line posts — content the artist has locked for subscribers.
  • Subscriber-only chat rooms — a separate conversation for the fans who stepped up.
  • Send images and videos in chat — where everyone else is text-only.
  • Highlighted name and subscriber badge — visible marker in chat and profiles.
Not every artist has subscriptions turned on. If you don’t see a subscribe option, the artist hasn’t enabled it yet.

How to subscribe

  1. On a locked Direct Line post or subscriber-only chat room, tap the prompt to unlock.
  2. Review the price and what’s included.
  3. Confirm payment.
You’ll get access immediately.

Managing your subscription

Open your profile (the person icon in the side menu). Your active subscriptions show up there with options to manage or cancel.
